I created this program for several reasons:

  1. Having done a detox, I found I had questions along the way and needed a coach I could go to for direction.
  2. With all the “detox” and “cleansing” programs floating around out there, I realized that in order to get maximum benefit from any program, a deeply knowledgeable guide and support system is needed.
  3. Cleansing and detoxing without food is hard. I saw the need for a program that not only includes solid meals, but meals that fit within the guidelines of a real nutrition plan.
  4. I wanted to create a program to bring like-minded women with common goals together to support each other. There is so much strength in unity.
